Rumours suggest that this hideous monstrosity was once thought to have been a regular man by the name of Malburgh. His preference for living in the marshland has earned him the name of Malbog among the local villagers. Those who have seen him and lived call him Malbog the Gluttonous, referring to his enormous size, and equally large apetite for human flesh. Many have attempted to slay the foul beast, but to no avail.
